Victor Kipchirchir from Kenya won the marathon with a time of 02:09:59. His fellow countrymen Jonathan Yego Kiptoo (02:10:58) and Benson Oloisunga (02:11:26) took the second and third places.
In the women’s race, Ukraine’s Svitlana Stanko was the fastest and crossed the finish line in 02:33:04, preceding Hellen Mzembi Musyoka from Kenya (2:35:58) and Worksnesh Biru Tola from Ethiopia (2:36:24).
6,675 runners completed the marathon.
