At the end of the year, just between Christmas and skiing season, sunny Crikvenica is preparing a real sport treat entitled Adria Event Marathon.
Adria Advent Marathon takes place every first Advent in the year. This year marathon will take place on Sunday, 27th of November 2016.
An impressive scene for all runners is set by the sea in total of 42.195 meters. For those who are less enduring, a half marathon is also a great choice and opportunity to finish the season running through unique scenery.
Amateurs and citizens may try themselves in a citizen’s race – everyone is invited.
Paws Run for a Cause 800m
If you not feel like running a marathon, then maybe you can join us with your dog in a small running event PAWS RUN FOR A CAUSE. Our paws and their human friends will run together with an aim to help less fortunate paws located in a small, volunteer-led shelter Vis Vitalis dedicated to saving lives of unwanted, neglected and abandoned dogs. The cost to participate is 5 euros per dog and all proceeds raised go directly to the Vis Vitalis shelter.
So, take your pup for a run of their lives on a beautiful seaside of Riviera Crikvenica.
