About the event

Welcome to the One and Only Plymouth Turkey Trot 3 Mile (NEW) and 5 Mile taking place on Thanskgiving Day, November 24th at 7:30AM at Plymouth Rock in Plymouth Massachusetts.

When talking about road races with history, the Boston Marathon has long been the icon race and a virtual runner magnet for people from all over the United States. The Marathon gets it's name from Marathon, the city where the great race first started.

Last year this race trippled in size. We expect over 1500 runners for this years race. Sign up early and get a $10 discount before September 1st. Get a $7 discount if you sign up before October 1st.

When discussing the American tradition called "The Turkey Trot", no race can compare to the historical relevance of the PLYMOUTH TURKEY TROT. Runners will be taken back in time to the days and the place where Thanksgiving first started. The race is scenic and challenging, culminating in a climb to Forefathers Monument. The tallest granite monument in the USA!

Don't miss this special opportunity to run or walk where the Pilgrims walked in times of old on Thanksgiving day. See Plymouth Rock, where the race starts. Take a picture at Plymouth Rock or in front of the Mayflower II. Race hard.. Have fun.. Make History!
