CFMD Race 'N' Roll 5K and Fun Run

Join us for our 4th annual charity race to benefit the Colorado Fund for Muscular Dystrophy (CFMD). This will be a chip timed race provided by Commonwealth Timing. All kids will receive a participation medal.



The Race ‘N’ Roll 5K coincides with the Filipino Festival. Run, walk, or roll for a good cause, eat lumpia (Filipino-style egg roll) after the race, and enjoy great activities, food and entertainment at the Filipino Festival.

Participants and volunteers will receive a complimentary race t-shirt, race recovery food, and a food voucher to use at the Filipino Festival following the race. Cash prizes will be awarded to the overall top 3 male and female finishers. Each participant will be entered to win a door prize provided by local sponsors.

Proceeds from the race will go directly to CFMD to fulfill its mission to improve the quality of life for persons with Muscular Dystrophy living in Virginia. CFMD sponsors children with MD to attend a special camp in Wakefield, VA each year. CFMD also provides grants to individuals to help pay for services, modifications, and equipment.
