Global Missions 5K Run/Walk

Global Missions 5K Run/Walk benefits missionary teams from Parkview to visit nationally and internationally and to raise awareness for health and exercise in our community.

5K race starts promptly at 8:00 a.m. at Parkview Baptist Church and ends in the parking lot. Kids Fun Run will start at approximately 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot. Awards ceremony will be held after the races.

The 5K course is a chip timed and certified course. There will be water stations throughout the race. The Kids Fun Run will be held in the church parking lot.   USATF Certified 5K Course # FL14044EBM

5K - $25.00 on or before September 4

5K - $30.00 after September 4

5K - $15.00 student rate ages 1-19

Kids Fun Run - $10.00

Virtual Race Option (Runners will receive a bib, t-shirt and finisher medal.) - $25.00

T-Shirt Only Option - $15

Register before August 21 to guarantee a T-shirt.

Top overall male and female. Prizes awarded in the following categories to top three male and female: 8 and under, 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.

The Kids Fun Run is designed to encourage exercise and make it a healthy part of every child’s life. We want every child to leave the event feeling like a winner and sporting a medal. Life is filled with pressure and stress, let’s allow kids to be kids and just run and have fun! Kids Fun Run will start at approximately 9:00am in the parking lot. Kids will receive a t-shirt.

The 5K will be professionally scored and timed by RaceSmith, Inc. The race will be timed using disposable, electronic tags attached to the bib number. Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, visible, and unaltered. Results will be posted at the race and then online immediately following the race at www.RaceSmith.com
