About the event
Trail and road runners unite! The Grand River Run 8K course offers a 50/50 combination of paved and natural trails as it takes racers on a tour of a 240-plus acre nature preserve-through wetlands, woodlands, prairie meadows, and over a few streams-with views of the Grand River along most of the course. The course is mostly flat, yet challenging and is perfect for seasoned or novice trail runners. Awards to top 3 finishers in each age group. A 2K non-timed Family Fun Run is free to 8K runners, with a registered family member. The finish includes a free family festival, the 6th Annual Roselle Park River Festival with crafts, hikes, animals, activities, food, live music and fun!
