About the event
Come participate in this fun 5K race to help benefit the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development Fund and to recognize members of the Gulf Coast Runners Gold Medal Club!! Race is in the beautiful Pine Ridge neighborhood. All race participants receive a gender specific tri-blend T-shirt. Race then join us for yoga at 8:45 am.
Green Monkey will conduct a free half hour yoga class to all race participants. This class will be designed specifically for runners. Please bring a yoga nmat and towel. This will be a great way to relax after the race.
We will have a 1K kids race following the 5K race.

ATTENTION GOLD MEDAL 5K PARTICIPANTS! There will be NO early packet pick up for the event.
We advise all runners to make sure they show up on race day no later than 6:45 AM (7:30 am race start) to ensure they have time to pick up their packet and get ready to race.
