About the event
Lace up your sneakers and get ready to run, walk or stroll at The Mental Health Association of Westchester's 12th annual event.
Join us for a family-friendly, fun and healthy morning. The only event of its kind in Westchester benefitting mental health, MHA on the move features a 5K run/walk throughout FDR State Park in Yorktown Heights timed by the Taconic Road Runners Club, a one-mile kids' race, entertainment, refreshments, raffle prizes and more.
FREE t-shirt for all registrants. Medals awarded to top male/female in each age category, as well as overall top male/female runners. 1 Mile Kids' Race for children 10 and under. Strollers and pets welcome. Rain or Shine!Be an inspiration move for mental health!
