About the event
The Morning of Hope 5K is a community sunrise service and 5K race to benefit local charity Casting for Hope in its continuing effort work serve women and families battling gynecological cancers in North Carolina. The funds raised through this race will help drive Casting for Hope’s financial assistance program as well as Casting for Hope’s retreat programming for women and families battling these underserved cancers.
