MU Physical Therapy Run for Life 5K/10K

MU Physical Therapy invites you to participate in our 21st Annual Run for Life 5K to be held on Sunday, October 13th, 2019. This year's event will be held at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Battle Garden entrance to the MKT (800 W Stadium Ave, Columbia, MO 65203) and will kick off at 9:00am. We plan on making this years walk/run the best yet - and need YOU to join us!  Please register online by Friday, October 4th in order to reserve a Race Day T-shirt.

DRESS-UP/PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 female and male finishers. Not only will there be prizes for the best times in the 5K race, but there will also be a prize for the Most Mizzou Spirit! So be creative and come to the race dressed up as your best black and gold! 

COURSE: Course will follow the MKT Trail to a turnaround point (1.55 mile point) and follow the same path back to the finish. There will be 2 hydration stations, 1 at 0.75 miles and 1 at the turnaround point as well.

EXTENDED REGISTRATION: Online registration will remain open through Thursday, October 10th. If you are unable to register online, race-day registration will be available from 7:30am-8:45am at the trail on October 13th. (reservation of t-shirt sizes is first-come, first-served for participants registering after 10/4/2019)

Packet Pickup: We encourage you to pick up your participant packet, bib number, and t-shirt on Friday, October 11th from 8am to 6pm in the lobby of Clark Hall (701 S Providence Rd, Columbia, MO 65201). When you pick up your packet, you will be given a waiver to sign and a photo release form. You may pick up packets for other participants, however, each participant needs to sign an individual waiver and photo release. If you are unable to make packet pick up, please arrive early on race day between 8-8:45 AM to pick up your items.

Proceeds will benefit MU Student Physical Therapy Organization for making contributions toward community service, mission trips, and for participating in professional conferences.
