NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon

Credit : james mackeddie Half Marathon results John Beattie and Lee Merrien crossed the finish line at the same time (1:08:13) ahead of more than 600 runners at the NSPCC Milton Keynes Half Marathon in Buckinghamshire, England. Merrien, whose name appears second in the results, took to Twitter to talk about how first place was decided. For the women, it was Julia Davis coming in first with a time of 1:20:34. Second-place finisher Gill Fullen, the only other runner to finish under an hour and 25 minutes, came in at 1:22:43. Melanie Edwards just missed the mark, finishing in 1:25:01.
