The Préalpes Trail du Mouret (PTDM) is the perfect way to end the summer with style. With three trail courses (20K Trail Découverte, 30K Trail Confirmé, and 50K Trail Expert) between the districts of Sarine, Singine, and Gruyère, as well as a MaxiCross (12K) and a Young people's race, it offers wild routes with alternating technical and rolling sections and an interesting elevation/distance ratio. This makes PTDM a characterful event, giving everyone the chance to live their own inner adventure. It has become an unmissable event for trail lovers, who will experience the footsteps of yesterday's herdsmen and the rhythm of the region's traditional Désalpes.
