About the event
The Red Cross Walk and Run to Save Lives is a 5K (3.1 miles) run and 1 mile walk around the Philadlephia Zoo. The 5K run is on a USATF certified course. Along the route you will find water stations, motivational teams cheering you on, and benches for those who need a rest. The event takes place rain or shine, so be sure to dress appropriately. Nothing can debcribe the camaraderie of joining those who share a commitment to our region. It's all good fun for a worthy cause!
