Rock the Park 5K, 10K, & 2 Mile Walk

This is the fourth year for Rock the Park 5K. The run is held to help raise awareness and funds for "Rock the Park." Rock the Park is a free event hosted by area churches and local buinesses. Gathered  at Metzger's Amphitheater guests will hear bands and listen to a speaker that will bring an inspring message.    On September 10, 2016, the park will host its 6th, "Rock the Park" event. 

Rock the Park is a Christian event with bands and a speaker that began six years ago. All because of a dream of an area Pastor. Each year we have seen God's mighty hand at work. Fifty-four area churches and area businesses help to make this event happen every year "Free Of Charge" to those who attend.   This year our feature band for Rock the Park 2016 is "Crowder." Other bands include "7eventh Time Down" and "Sarah Reeves".   Our Special Guest Speaker this year is Jerry Birch, Cleveland Cavaliers' Chaplain.
