Run for Freedom

The Run for Freedom 5K is a challenging, all-terrain, cross country inspired race that is run through wooded trails and grassy areas on and around the Malvern Memorial Grounds.  The Run for Freedom also features a 1 Mile Run/Walk and a Kids' fun run.  

Join us at the Malvern Memorial Grounds on Monument Ave in Malvern, PA to raise money and show our support to one of our local veterans.  All proceeds from the Run for Freedom are supporting a medically discharged Marine, who has suffered multiple injuries and has been diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD is a serious psychiatric condition that affects up to 30% of all veterans. Flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks and anxiety caused by PTSD can alter quality of life and greatly hinder a veterans ability to work.
