Skunk Alley Run

Git along little dogies!  The Skunk Alley Run is a 3k walk/run or 10k run, on logging roads (Old Hot Springs Road/Hot Springs 3000) outside the mineral water spa town of Hot Springs.  Finish line on Main Street.  The race is a benefit for the Cancer Network of Sanders County.  Held the second Saturday in June every year during Hot Springs "Homesteader's Days."  Other events that weekend include street games, live music on Main Street, a two-day rodeo, food and craft street vendors, a kiddie parade on Saturday, a grand parade on Sunday, art and craft shows, and much more.  Notes: runners are "hauled" to the start line at 9:30 a.m. - you'll have to run fast to beat the herd of cattle coming through the woods!  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  Questions?  Call (406) 274-2638.  Race form available at http://cancernetworksanderscounty.org/
