About the event

These races are structured to raise the maximum amount of funds for local nonprofits and charities while showcasing one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Southern California. A minimum of 15% of all race registration fees are slated to go directly to the nonprofits and charities that the race registrants themselves choose when they register for one of the races. No other major road race in the United States does this. This is the only race that allows runners inside the Historical Tustin Hangar where you can really feel like an ant (178 ft tall, thats 17 stories high!)

Half Marathon Jose Madera took top spot in 01:10:09. He finished 38 seconds ahead of Sean Gildea. Rounding out the top three was Jose Penaloza with a time of 01:11:58. In the ladies race, it was Tessa Durbano (01:25:28) taking the top spot. She bested Gisele Schaaf who crossed the finish line 2 minutes 25 seconds behind her. Cristina Lowry got the third place in 01:27:56. He finished 35 seconds ahead of Erik Tavera. Rounding out the top three was Benjamin Kelly with a time of 00:16:59. In the ladies race, Julie Ertel won the race with a time of 00:19:02 . Donna Mills-Honarvar earned runner-up honors with a time of 00:19:18.
