Whiskey Flat Trail Run, 5K, 10K and 30K Team

This is a moderately hilly 5K, 10K & 30K Growler Cup team run on a beautiful out and back trail along side the Wild & Scenic Kern River.

The 30K Growler Cup team run is a 4 person team composed of two 10K runners and two 5K who compete for the lowest combined time. The winning team receives the traveling Growler Cup Trophy and 4 Growlers, (approx 1 liter), filled with their choice of brew from the local micro brewery, Kern River Brewing Company.
All runners receive a frosty beverage compliments of the Kern River Brewing Company, and event T-shirt.
