XTERRA Trail Runs Gaston

The half marathon and 10k races start at the same time heading out in opposite directions. The half marathon takes you clockwise around the entire lake on a well marked course through the picturesque Scoggins Valley. The scenic one-loop course around beautiful Hagg Lake will be sure to challenge even the most seasoned runners, but still be kind enough on the rookies. Our 10k course is a challenging course that will leave your legs burning. The new 5k course leaves boat ramp C heading North to follow the half marathon runners and loops around to bring you back to the after party just in time to enjoy all of the festivities.
