Lager Jogger 5k & Beer Mile

Date & Starting Time: Saturday, May 13th, 2023 5K race will begin at 8:00 am. The Beer Mile will begin after the 5K around 9:30 am. The 2-person Beer Mile relay will start around 10:00 am.
Registration:
5K Only - Early registration is $25 through April 15th, $30 through May 12th, $35 on race day. Registration includes a Lager Jogger 2023 T-Shirt. ****Shirt deadline: To be guaranteed a Lager Jogger 2023 shirt you must register before midnight on May 2nd.

Individual Beer Mile - Early registration is $20 through April 15th, $25 through May 12th. T-shirts for this event are an additional $10 per person. ****Shirt deadline: To be guaranteed a Lager Jogger 2023 shirt you must register before midnight on May 2nd.

2-Person Beer Mile Relay - Early registration is $25 (per person) through April 15th, $30 through May 12th.   T-Shirts for this event are an additional $10 per person. ****Shirt deadline: To be guaranteed a Lager Jogger 2023 shirt you must register before midnight on May 2nd.

5K & 2-Person Beer Mile Relay - Early registration is $45 through April 15th, $50 through May 12th. Registration includes a Lager Jogger 2023 T-Shirt for the 5K participant.

Shirt & Race Packet Pick-Up: Packet pickup will be held at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA: Thursday, May 11th, from 12-6:00 p.m. Friday, May 12th, from 10am-5:30 p.m.
You may also pick up your race packet on race day, Saturday, May 13th, beginning at 7am. Race day registration will stop at 7:30am.

 

Awards: Prizes for 1st and 2nd place male and female finishers in each age bracket of the 5K will be awarded at the completion of the 5K. All additional awards will be given after all races have concluded. Lager Jogger tap handles will be awarded to the overall male and female finisher in the 5K, overall male and female individual beer mile winners, overall beer mile relay winners, and overall male and female 5K-beer mile (combined time) winners. Age Groups: 18-under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

 

Post Party: After the race, stick around for the all-ages post party with food, beer, live music, and more! Each race bib will include a voucher for one free beer.

Race day registration will stop at 7:30am.
Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be
allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller
skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an
RRCA regulation.
