    It was a nice small marathon, only about 600 participants. However, save your money and run another marathon in Poland. There were so many problems with the organization (marking of route), handling of runners (signage of where to run) and waterstops were an interesting experience. The route also is very bland and boring. Basically you do 3 laps of an uninteresting area, but I will admit running through the park was nice. It was my 7th and my wife’s family lives there, but I won’t do it again. If you want to run a marathon in Poland go to Krakow. The route is spectacular contrasting the old city centre versus the Communist made Nowa Huta that it is a joy to run.
