Description
Der Start befindet sich für 5km und 10km vor dem Nordsee-Stadion. Die Teilnehmer am Halbmarathon starten im Nordsee-Stadion.
Die Strecke besteht für alle Läufe aus Asphalt, Pflasterstein und Parkwegen.
5km Lauf
Start vor dem Stadion. Es ist eine Runde zu laufen.
10km Lauf
Start vor dem Stadion. Für die 10km ist zwei mal die 5km Runde zu laufen
Halbmarathon
Start im Stadion. Es handelt sich um eine ca. 10,5km lange Runde, die zwei mal zu laufen ist.
1. Runde am Stadion außen vorbei laufen.
2. Runde ins Ziel im Stadion laufen.
