24-Hour Run for Malawi

Our Chapel Hill friends Drs. David and Elizabeth FItzgerald have been in Malawi practicing medicine in one of the poorest countries in the world.  They opened a new clinical laboratory in November of 2019.  This lab was only possible through the support of the fundraisers, runners, and donors of the 2019 24-hour run for Malawi.  Thank you to everyone who contributed to the lab.  

This year we will further improve the lives of the children in Malawi by raising money to support the operation of the lab and care for the children.  

We are improving this year's race as well!  Sign up as an individual or a team.   You can get individual or corporate sponsors to sponsor you or your team.  You still have the ability to run in one hour increments, or fill the full twenty four hours.  

You can register for as many slots as you want.  If you want to form a relay team, have each team member sign up for his/her designated slot.

We will also have a celebration at the end of the race on the Southern Village Town Green (3pm-8pm on April 25th) with music, games, food and beer.
