4 Miles for Heart and Health

We, at Midmark, along with our Fit Team and the Menke family are teaming up to raise awareness for a cause near and dear to our hearts. On August 22, 2015, our teammate, Bob Menke, passed away from heart disease at the age of 38. With no family history and a healthy lifestyle, his condition went undiagnosed. Offered at nearly every hospital, a vascular screening could’ve saved Bob’s life. Bob’s family, Fit Team and Midmark want to ensure that it does not happen to anyone else’s family or friend.

On June 27, 2020, we invite the public to join us on a 4(5k race with 1 mile 'go the extra mile') mile run, jog or walk virtually. Our mission is to raise awareness and funds to help make these tests more accessible in hopes to save lives and to honor our dear friend, Bob.

All proceeds will go to testing for heart disease for individuals who can't afford it.
