5K for Foster Care

5K for Foster Care. Helps provide sports, arts and other enrichment opportunities for kids in foster care. Includes 5K run/walk and two free kids races.

8-9am at Lower Harbor will be late registration for the race!  
9am will be the kids race.  We have the Bunny Race that is half way around Lower Harbor and then the Rabbit Race which is the entire perimeter of Lower Harbor.  
930am will start the 5K!  This runs along the lake towards The Dome and back.  We will have staff present to guide you.  
There will be one aid station at the half way point.  We will also have snacks at Lower Harbor.  
There will be a time clock for the race (no timing chips).

All pre-registrant will receive swag!  Any additional swag that we have will go to those on a first come first serve bases for late registrants. 

$20 pre-registration and $25 on the day off for adults (foster families and all children are free).

ALL KIDS ARE FREE!  Do not register your children on this website!!

ALL FOSTER FAMILIES ARE FREE including foster parents.  So foster parents, please do not register on this website!  You will be mailed a paper registration form!
