This unique event is tailor made for any runner keen to participate in a 5km or 50km race and any 5km variation in between. In other words, this exciting event will offer a choice of races in any one of the distances listed below.

This is but one of the activities that AV MTK hosted this year to celebrate their 20 year anniversary in 2017
The 5 tot 50 van Krimpen was particularly interesting for those athletes training for the Rotterdam Marathon as they used this as their long training run under race conditions.
The course is a 5km loop on paved roads , thus: 9 X rounds = 45km and 10 X rounds = 50km.
