5tot50vankrimpen

The 5 tot 50 van Krimpen is a new AV MTK event which was held on the 19 March 2017. This unique event is tailor made for any runner keen to participate in a 5km or 50km race and any 5km variation in between. In other words, this exciting event will offer a choice of races in any one of the distances listed below.
5km | 10km | 15km | 20km | 25km | 30km | 35km | 40km | 45km | 50km
This is but one of the activities that AV MTK hosted this year to celebrate their 20 year anniversary in 2017
The 5 tot 50 van Krimpen was particularly interesting for those athletes training for the Rotterdam Marathon as they used this as their long training run under race conditions.
This is also a Marathon en Ultra Cup event so competitors in the M&U Cup can compete in the 45km or 50km for points in the M&U Cup 2017

The course is a 5km loop on paved roads , thus: 9 X rounds = 45km and 10 X rounds = 50km.
