A Hot Run 5K to benefit St. Jude

Hello Runners!

'A Hot Run 5K' is a family event presented by LOFT to benefit St. Jude! Race will be on rain or shine! Sorry, no refunds!

Packet Pick-Up:

Thursday and Friday Evening 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in LOFT in Renaissance at Colony Park

Race Day: 7:00 A.M. until Race Start at 8:30 A.M.

Race Start/ Festivities Location:

The race will begin and end in front of LOFT in Renaissance at Colony Park!

Race Day Schedule:

Race Day Packet Pick-up: 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. 

Kids Fun Run (1 mile) is 8:00 A.M.

5K is 8:30 A.M.

Food and Entertainment: 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

Awards Ceremony: 10:00 A.M.'

One or Two Race Packet Surprises ;)

Finishers Medals for Kids Fun Run!

On Course Water and Gatorade

Post-Race Food and Entertainment

Volunteers:

If you would like to help out our cause but don't necessarily want to run a race please join us as a volunteer! We are looking for people who can help provide refreshments to the runners, cheer, and assist in set-up/ take-down! Awards:

Overall Male and Female: Cash prize and Custom Medal! Amount tbd.

Overall Masters Male and Female (Age 40+): Cash prize and Custom Medal! Amount tbd.

Age group awards (male and female): Custom medals for First, Second, and Third in each age group. Age groups are as follows: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

Timing/ Results:

Every runner will be provided a race bib (chip timing tbd depending on number of registrants)! Times will be posted on this site soon after race day.

Refueling Stations:

Mile 1: Water and Awesome Volunteers Cheering!

Mile 1.5: Gatorade and More Cheering.

Tasty foods, Music, and Entertainment for all. Renaissance has many shops and restaurants to explore as well!
