AFIA Rice Run 5k

On Sunday, October 4, 2020 AFIA will host it's fourth "RICE RUN" in the Margaret B. Upton Arboretum in St. Joseph. This year, AFIA chose mental Health as a cause to support. We believe that spreading awareness of mental health reduces stigma and encourages early intervention, which in turn results in a more successful recovery. AFIA's main focus will be to spread awareness as well as to provide resources to near center for mental health treatment. AFIA Rice Run is a 5k hosted by AFIA to raise awareness for mental health as well as to introduce to the community the facilities that is available to them such as NAMI.  Parking will be located at the County Courthouse Parking Lot.   You will go down the steps towards the river to find the start of the race.
