All Veterans Honor Run

The run is a 5K race. The walk is a 2 mile fun walk. Both will start at Munchak Way which is the entrance to Scranton Veterans Memorial Stadium and proceed to the Lackawanna Heritage Trail.We will use the trail for the run and walk. The finish is back at Scranton Veterans Memorial Park, adjacent to the stadium.  This event is to honor all veterans, living and deceased, with the proceeds going to help build the Memorial Park and Monument. Top 3 female and 3 male runners will receive a set of dog tags. ALL participants will receive an American Flag and a Flag lapel pin. Check-in or in-person registration (cash or check) is from 8:30 to 9:30 with short veterans program before run/walk. Wear red, white, or blue if possible. Children 12 and under free. Race t-shirts will be available for $5. All proceeds go to Memorial Park and Monument.....Thank you for your support....
