Amped Fitness 5 K

Amped Fitness is proud to present our 2nd Annual 5k at the picturesque Winding Trials! The 3.1 mile course is well marked and will take you through the woods of this beautiful compound. Over our 2.5 year history, Amped Fitness has been fortunate to grow to 5 locations and build a community that welcomes a variety of people. In addition to our large group and personal programming, we created a program last year called Hustle for Muscle. This complex was intended to show a different approach to aerobic training and how all different abilities can find success. Our members championed this program which led this great event coming to life!

We strive to encourage all members, while pushing them to work hard during their time in our doors. This approach is what has drawn us to team up with Winding Trials and bring you this race. Winding Trails is a non-profit organization that has provided countless memories for both children and adults by providing year round recreational and educational activities for the enjoyment and growth of families and individuals of all ages. We are pleased that a portion of this events proceeds will be going directly back to this organization. 

 
Amped Nation will provide support and water stations throughout your run and of course provide a high five as you accomplish running through the finish line. We welcome ALL levels! Whether you intend to win, just want to run with friends, or want to strive for a personal accomplishment this race is for you!! It won't hurt that we will have the Fresh Monkee smoothie bus waiting for you as you finish....see you there! #NeverQuit
