About the event
GFHS will host the 1st annual ‘Back to School Splash Dash’.
All proceeds will go to purchasing supplies for the 1,200 book bags that are packed for the 8th Annual ‘Back to School Bash’ at Woodhill Elementary in Gastonia, NC.
Children attending the ‘Back to School Bash’ will receive free kindergarten and sports physical, complete preventative health screens, and receive appointments for free, vital vaccinations. Once all essential screenings are completed, the children receive a book bag filled with school supplies to begin the 2018-2019 school year successfully.
Course description: Begin in the Grizzlies’ Baseball stadium, run along the rail trail, cross Marietta Street in downtown, and finish by crossing home plate in the stadium.
T shirt deadline is July 15th, then on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Friday 27th 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Early packet pickup at:

Age groups are as follows:
9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 ,65-69, 70-74, 75+
