Badass Running Company strives to bring the fitness community together through Free Fitness Events and get you off the couch!

Badass Running company sets up a well marked course using cones and directional arrows making sure that you get your weekly 5K run done right. There are no water tables on the route so please make sure you have a bottle with you if you need one.

STARTING OCTOBER 25 you should have a running light or head lamp with a minimum of 150 lumens since it will be dark by the time your run ends as some areas on the sidewalks of A1A can be dark.
