BE FAST 5k Run/Walk

5k run or 1 mile walk honoring stroke survivors and their family members at the Ottawa Park Shelter House. Come join us for a fun day celebrating our survivors and for stroke education and risk assessments!

100% of your registration and donations will go directly a stroke philanthropy fund where we will assist patients in need with medications, assistive devices, and/or therapy.

Race will start at 10:00am. Registration Fee is $20.00 per participant and includes a T-shirt. Price increase to $25.00 per participant on 4/26/18. Registration is free for stroke survivors.
