Be Kind 5 K
The Be Kind 5 K fun run/walk endows a scholarship fund created at WCA Foundation in Rosie Billquist’s memory.  The name of the race comes from the quote Rosie painted on a bench she created for patients to use outside UPMC Chautauqua  where she worked.  It reads:  “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”  Rosie was a joyful, kind-hearted individual who loved to run and to help others.  Thank you for doing the same by supporting this event.
