Belmar Five Mile Run

Belmar 5 Mile Virtual Run/Walk
Registration  will remain open on RunSignUp through August 30 for anyone who has not already registered for the Belmar 5 Mile Run and wishes to participate in the Belmar 5 Virtual Run.  Belmar 5 Mile Run registered entrants will have an option to transfer to the Belmar 5 Virtual Run.  Anytime during race week, pick a safe place to run or walk 5 miles on your own and submit your race results on RunSignUp by September 1, 2020.  All participants will receive a technical tee shirt and will be able to print a virtual bib on RunSignUp.  There will be a tee shirt pick up at Bar Anticipation in September.   A mail option will also be available if you are unable to pick up your shirt in person.  Additional information on tee shirt pickup date location, printing your virtual bib and submitting your results will be sent in separate email to all registered participants and also posted on RunSignUp.  Because of circumstances surrounding the coronavirus crisis, the Belmar 5 Virtual Run is not a competitive event and will not be professionally timed.  We will not be awarding trophies to event participants at this year’s race.  This year’s event is about furthering your own fitness goals while staying connected as a community.  All net proceeds will benefit the Goodwill Hose Co. to help defray operational costs.
