Ohio Challenge Warrior Weekend to Remember 5k Run/Walk

Saturday, July 21, 2018.  Race Starts at 9:00 a.m.

Same Day Registration 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. day of. 

 Cost:

5K $35 for Adults -  $25 for Youths 17 & under.

Participants each receive an event t-shirt and an event medal as well as a goodie bag from our sponsors. 

 Where: 

Race to be held at Smith Park, 500 Tytus Ave., Middletown, OH 45042. Smith Park is next to the Middletown Regional Airport/Hook Field.

State of the art chip timing will be used for the event!

There will be watering stations as well as light refreshments/snacks. 

There will be an aerial skydiving demonstration from Team Fastrax, America's Skydiving Team.

Held in conjunction with The Selection.com Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival, organized by Team Fastrax™ Professional Skydiving Parachute Demonstration Team and a massive community planning team.  This annual event takes place in the month of July each year, at Smith Park/Hook Field-Middletown Regional Airport (Middletown, Ohio).

The Team Fastrax Warrior Weekend to Remember is a core Giving Back activity of Team Fastrax.  The Team Fastrax Warrior Weekend to Remember is an exciting combination of activities meant to enrich the lives of our active-duty and veteran men and women injured in combat deployments abroad, with priority given to Purple Heart recipients. Approximately 40 Combat Injured Warriors and Gold Star Families will participate throughout the weekend. They will enjoy a combination of high energy and life enriching activities that are sure to put a smile on their faces.

Many elements of the weekend are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC where they can participate and meet and honor these American Heros. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT OUR WARRIORS.

 The race will be run on a paved surface!!
