The Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology returns to Downtown St. Louis at Soldiers Memorial Parks on Thursday, September 12, 2019! Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Biz Dash brings local businesses and their employees together to celebrate civic pride, team camaraderie and living a healthy, active lifestyle.
Consider the Biz Dash a Thursday night happy hour or company outing. With company tents, hospitality, tailgate games, live music and a corporate 5K, it's tagged as "St. Louis' Biggest Office Party." All levels of walkers and runners are encouraged to participate for their "Company Team." With Industry Categories, a CEO Challenge, T-Shirt Contest and Spirit Award, the Biz Dash has something for everybody. Join us for a fun night of team building and networking!

The Biz Dash benefits the St. Louis Sports Foundation, the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission. The Foundation focuses on promoting sportsmanship and creating positive environments for kids to play sports so they lead healthier, happier lives. Reaching out to coaches, parents, administrators and young athletes, the organization strives to make youth sports enjoyable while reinforcing the importance of respect, civility, selflessness and integrity.
