Canary in the Cave 25k+ Trail Run

The 7th annual Canary in the Cave 25k Trail Run will begin at 9am on Saturday, November 10th, 2018.  This 16.2 mile course leaves the Fayetteville Town Park and gradually climbs the Fayetteville Trail up to Kaymoor Top.  Runners then complete a 5 mile loop on the Arrowhead Trail system before descending into the New River Gorge National River via the Craigs Branch and Kaymoor Trails. The course passes by the old Kaymoor mine before a challenging climb up the Miners Trail to the top of the gorge and rolling back down to the Town Park. With a total elevation gain of over 2,000 feet this course will prove fast yet challenging!
