About the event
Put your heart into making our community a healthier place. Join the American Heart Association for the first Capital Region Run with Heart 5K/10K. Walk or run the first 5K loop and follow your heart if you’re up for the challenge of a second loop to complete the full 10K. The scenic, mostly flat course is stroller friendly. All pre-registered participants will receive an event t-shirt and top runners in category will be awarded. Register through the Capital Region Heart Walk website at www.heart.org/capitalregionwalk > Register > Individual > 5k/10k.
