A 5 Mile Obstacle Course Race with 20+ obstacles hosted by Cerus Fitness. The course is designed to challenge both recreational and competitive racers.
For Competitive Racers Only: Complete the obstacle course with a 20-30 pound weight on your back (we recommend a weighted backpack aka “Rucksack” as any weight in front of your shoulders does not count).
