Charlestown Day 5k

A 5k on paved trails in Charlestown Park and roads inside Valley Forge University, just south of Phoenixville PA.  Mostly flat with 2 shorter inclines, the course avoids any main roads.  We will be raising money to  support French and Pickering Conservation Trust, who works tirelessly to preserve the the environmental health of Chester County.  

Medals for top finishers in women's and men's age brackets:  19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+    Timing by Chester County Running Store.

Sign-in begins at 7AM, race begins at 8AM.  Registration is $10, Day-of registration will be available for $20.  Students of the University of Valley Forge can register for $5, contact Charlestown Parks and Recreation for the coupon code.  Charlestown Day tee shirts for the 1st 25 people, and a Charlestown Day pin for the first 100.

The annual Charlestown Day celebration will be held after the race, with kid’s activities, vendors, face painting, bubbles, Science Tellers, Mobile Mess Hall food, and a fun time in the park!  the Mighty Manatees will be playing from 1-3PM.
