Charlie’s Challenge Trail Run is a 5k/25k/50k Trail Run on the beautiful trails at Charles Fork Lake in Spencer, WV. Located approximately one hour from Charleston or Parkersburg at the junction of US 33 and US 119, Spencer is the outdoor recreation hub of central West Virginia. Check out SpencerTrails.com for trail maps and more information about activities in Spencer. The 5k run/walk features trails not included in the 25k and 50k portion. The City of Spencer trail systems are among the best marked trail systems in the state, with signs at every trail junction and “You Are Here” signs throughout both our Charles Fork Lake and Ben’s Run Trail sytems.
