Chasin' Tail 5K/10K

SVAS and Atypical Brewery and Barrelworks present the Chasin' Tail Dog Friendly 5K/10K Run/Walk! “Chasin Tail” is a fun dog friendly event for runners and walkers of all ages. Your participation will allow SVAS to continue to rescue, shelter, provide medical needs and find lifelong, loving homes for animals in the 11 counties we serve.  

All participants (over age 13) will receive a custom event T-shirt if registered before April 15th. Atypical will also be creating a specialty brew dedicated to the Souris Valley Animal Shelter. All participants over the age of 21 will get a free pint post run/walk.

The run/walk will begin and end at Atypical Brewery and Barrelworks, located at 510 Central Ave E, Minot, ND. Participants will be able to park at Atypical and Roosevelt Park.

Following the run, make sure to join us for a fun, family friendly, after party at Atypical! If running is not your thing, come cheer family and friends and participate in the fun!

The Souris Valley Animal Shelter (SVAS) is not for profit, no-kill shelter that rescues, rehabilitates and finds forever homes for hundreds of dogs and cats. Founded in 1980 as a 501- C3 organization, SVAS is solely funded by private donations, adoption fees and annual fundraising events.
