About the event
The Chick-fil-A Family 5K in Fountain, Colorado, is making it’s debut in 2016 to celebrate the anniversary of the Grand Opening of Chick-fil-A Fountain. In what we hope will be an annual event, people of all ages and skill-level will gather from all over the Colorado Springs area to celebrate fitness, family and community. And let’s not forget the cows!
Proceeds of the Chick-fil-A Family 5K will go to the City of Fountain for its youth recreation programs.
The event features a 3.1 mile (5K) run/walk as well as The Great Cow Race, a 1-mile fun run for children ages 8 and under. In addition to the race, participants will have the opportunity to shop samples from our vendors, enjoy some local entertainment and have some fun in the Kids’ Fun Zone.
