Cocoa Bean 5K Run/Walk

Join us for our 5th annual event!  Runners and walkers will enjoy a traffic-free accurate out-and-back 5k course that follows the John Eshenour trail from Penn State's Hershey Medical Center University Fitness and Conference Center building.  Race is sponsored by Penn State Hershey Community Outreach Team and benefits local food banks and Penn State Health Emergency Food Box Initiative.  Course is paved sidewalk.  Water stop half-way.   Indoor restrooms.  ***Chip Timing by Falcon Race Timing***

Premium: Cocoa Bean running gloves to the first 150 registrants; not guaranteed race day.  Post-race food and great random prizes immediately after event. 

Race cap:  200 runners.   Due to liability issues,  no dogs or baby joggers please. (We like both, but it's an insurance thing.  Thank you!)

Race-Day registration and packet pick up at 7:30 AM in lobby of University Conference and Fitness Center.   Race day Registration $25; gloves may not be available.

Awards:  Hotel Hershey Gift Certificates to Overall M/F ;  Masters (over 40) M/F    Top 3 M/F age groups under 10; 11 - 19; 20 -29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; 60 - 69; 70 - 79; over 80.
