We are all painfully aware of the social, economic, physical and psychological impacts Covid-19 has had on our day to day lives. Loved-ones have been isolated. Millions have been laid-off or furloughed. Graduations, weddings, vacations have been held postponed or cancelled. This Saturday, April 25th, we have decided to host a virtual race to bring runners, joggers, and walkers together — so long as you stay 6’ apart!
Donations for your participation are encouraged (no amount is too small) and all proceeds will go to the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Vaccine Research. Pitt has already made significant progress in Covid-19 Phase I clinical trials and contributions will support continued development of a vaccine that could save countless lives.
