Probably one of the best in terms of organization! Fast growing marathon in a beautiful city with lots of crowd encouragement A lot of hydratation zones and Red Bull energy zone, free gels along the way from High5 as well and of coure the occassional fruits. App and etc works amazing! Pre & Post event info is great as well

Nice flat course with good local support. Interesting choice of Metallica’s “hardwired” as the start line song!

Great route, beautiful atmosphere with cheerful crowds, very nice city. Only basic con in the runnign was that we had to cross the narrow bridges resulting into interruption of pace and nearly walking due to bottleneck phenomenon (traffic jams on the bridges).

The route is greate and the crowd is amazing ! The event is well organized too. All the different powerzones are boosting the energi for a higher level. It it's a running event - but it is also a fantastic party.

A nice flat course in the beautiful city of Copenhagen. The spectators crowd was really a boost. Disadvantage is the small hydration zones, only in the one side of the course, causing crowding of the runners. Another disadvantage is that in narrower parts (running over bridges) big jams occurred forcing runners to walk for a couple of minutes - this is really discouraging in order to maintain pace throughout the race.

Great fast and flat route and well organized arrangement and well protected against terror. A lot of people in the city shows interest in the race and come to cheer. I think it is about 300.000 people cheering along the route. Great powerzones with music and extra happy and cheering crowed. I've tun this in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and planning on 2020 And you're even better taken care of as a Telenor Corporate with a VIP zone with burgers, own toilet, massage. And there's only the marathon distance. But like every race... Make the business on the toilet from home. There's always a long line.

Ran here in 2014 and 2018. Most enthusiastic crowds from all the races I've ran, very flat and well hydrated and not too crowded considering it's a major city. Great expo too, slightly changed the route in 2018, whereby you perform a loop around Fælledparken which is a little bit of a downgrade on previous years. But this race will not disappoint.

Probably one of the best, yet most underrated, big city marathons. Fabulous crowds, great course, amazing entertainment en route - most enjoyable experience. Great race for a PB.

Two loops, albeit not exactly similar, through the city.

The hydration zones organization and the traffic control during the race was not good enough for a race with a Bronze IAAF label! People were passing through the racing area all the time. Also, many times when I was arriving at a water/power zone, I had to wait in order to get some water! The overall atmosphere was good though.

Highly recommended. Well organized race, amazing crowds cheering you on, and the track is flat and takes you past quite a few local landmarks. In addition to regular aid stations, there are several spots with entertainment for both spectators and passing runners.

It was my first ever marathon and up until the finish i would say the organisation of it was excellent. However upon crossing the finish line they had run out of medals😱 Is it not simple maths 15000 entrants 15000 medals. I understand they are sending them out in the post but not really the same is it?

My first and chosen for very flat course
