Coronado 5K Turkey Trot

MOVE YOUR FEET BEFORE THE FEAST!!!

Join the Coronado Unit of the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary for our 6th Annual 5k Turkey Trot on November 28, 2019 at 8:00 am at Tidelands Park. Net proceeds benefit Rady Children's Hospital’s Chadwick Center which focuses on Child Abuse Pediatrics and Trauma Treatment.

PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP

Saturday November 23rd 10:00am-12:00pm at Sprekels Park in Coronado. Spreckels Park is located at 601 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA.  Once over the bridge, at the lights, turn left onto Orange Avenue.  At the 2nd stop light turn left onto Sixth Street and Spreckels Park will be on your right. THIS IS NOT THE RACE START LOCATION.

Also Tuesday evening, November 26th there will be an additional packet pick up at High Tide Bottle Shop  (Next to Walgreens) 933 Orange Ave in Coronado from 4:00 pm- 6:30 pm.

If needed you can also pick up your packet on race morning at Tidelands Park starting at 6:30 am. For those of you that are unable to pick up your race number at these designated times and locations a third party may pick up for you. 

FAMILY-FRIENDLY 5K

We welcome runners, strollers (both kinds) and walkers!  For safety, we ask that only children under 6 bring scooters and NO BIKES OR PETS PLEASE.

Registration ends Friday November 22nd at 5pm

Please register early as this race has SOLD OUT every year. 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Depart Tidelands Park and head north along the beautiful San Diego Bay toward Centennial Park where you will turn around and proceed to the Coronado Bridge. Run under the bridge up to Glorietta Blvd. and circle back to Tidelands Park.  Finish under a big banner with your fans cheering! Enjoy the fun party-like atmosphere before you head home to celebrate the holiday.
