Crawin' for the Cure 5k and Kids K

Welcome to the 2nd annual Crawin' for the Cure 5k Run/Walk and Kids K! The 5k and Kids K is held in conjunction with the 9th annual Crawin' for the Cure crawfish boil and gumbo cook-off benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Last year’s inaugural race was a huge success with more than 100 participants joining us for the cause. We thank everyone involved and hope you and your friends will join us for this year’s Crawin' for the Cure 5k Run/Walk and Kids K to help raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

It's a great chance to place in your age group! Awards for Overall Winners and Masters Winners! 

The 5k will be chip timed. The 5k course is flat. It's 2 loops on paved and dirt roads. The 1k is one loop.  

Age groups for male and female are:

Under 10 10-14 15-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65+

Runners and walkers are welcome to join!

The 5k will start and end at the Pasadena Rodeo Grounds.  Join us for the after party with food and drinks (yes, there will be beer)!

All participants in the Kids K will receive an award.  

T-shirts are not guaranteed after April 16th.
